EARTH DAY IS MONDAY, APRIL 22ND….make some plans! Plant some seeds, buy some flowers or host a dinner party using all fresh, whole foods. I’ll be celebrating by hosting a kids cooking event at Whole Foods! The class will show kids how fun and easy it is to make a heart healthy chocolate pudding using only 5 ingredients while learning where chocolate comes from and how it grows. Children attending can get their hands dirty by adding their own toppings.
